Bacteria supply to energy Biogas is produced with fermentation gas consist of methane (CH4) [ 50-75 Vol% ], carbon dioxide (CO2) [ 25-50 Vol% ] as well as oxygen, nitrogen and trace gases (among other things hydrogen sulfide). It can supply among other things directly for heating purposes or by use of a php-plant for coupled production used for power and warmth.
The production of the gas takes place in biological gas facilities via anaerobic fermentation of organic materials. Agricultural biological gas facilities set as base material f. x. liquid manure or also fixed muck. To the increase of the gas yield frequently CO-Fermentate come to the employment (raw materials or wastes regenerating from the foodstuffs industry). The produced organic restmaterial can be landstructurally used as high-quality fertilizers.
The production of power and warmth from the regenerativ source of energy fermentation gas, the associated positive effects for environment and society as well as the possibility of securing by the sales of electrical and/or thermal energy agricultural incomes are only some from (at least) 10 good reasons for the building of a biological gas plant!
